Terms & Conditions

Using the platform means you agree to the Terms, Privacy Policy, Buyer Protection Policy, Returns Policy, Shipping Protection Policy, Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy, etc.

To use NoboNG, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating or maintaining your account
• Complete any required identity verification or security checks where requested
• Comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations
• Not have been suspended, restricted, or prohibited from using NoboNG or similar services due to fraud, misuse, or other unlawful activities

You must not use NoboNG if doing so would violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

• Prices displayed on NoboNG are subject to change until an order is placed and payment has been successfully completed
• Where local currency prices are displayed, they are calculated using the applicable exchange rate at the time of purchase
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing all applicable charges before completing payment
• All payments must be made through NoboNG's authorised payment channels
• NoboNG reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders where a pricing or technical error has occurred

• Buyers are protected in accordance with our Buyer Protection Policy and applicable marketplace policies
• If an issue arises with an order, NoboNG will investigate the matter using relevant order information, purchase records, delivery information, and any supporting evidence provided
• Eligible refunds, replacements, or other appropriate resolutions will be processed in accordance with our Buyer Protection and Returns Policies
• Buyers must report eligible issues within the timeframes set out in our Buyer Protection Policy

• All intellectual property relating to the NoboNG platform, including our website, software, branding, logos, trademarks, designs, text, graphics, and other content, belongs to NoboNG or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws
• Users retain ownership of the content they create and upload to NoboNG, such as product listings, images, descriptions, and reviews. By submitting such content, you grant NoboNG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the platform
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any NoboNG intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law

Some products on NoboNG are sourced from independent third-party platforms and retailers (such as eBay, Amazon, Argos, and similar sources), purchased and shipped on your behalf by a verified NoboNG Shopper rather than sold directly by NoboNG or a NoboNG seller.

• Product titles, descriptions, images, and specifications for these listings may originate from the third-party source and are reproduced or referenced for informational purposes only
• NoboNG isn't the manufacturer, brand owner, or original seller of these products, and trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners
• Where a listing links or refers to its original third-party source, this is done for transparency and attribution, not endorsement or affiliation
• NoboNG makes reasonable efforts to confirm a third-party listing is genuine and still available, but can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, pricing, or stock levels set by an independent third party

Users must not:

• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or provide false or misleading information
• Use NoboNG for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose
• List, sell, purchase, or ship prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, or unlawful products
• Circumvent NoboNG's payment systems, verification processes, or marketplace policies
• Arrange payments or transactions outside NoboNG where this is prohibited by our policies
• Harass, impersonate, threaten, or abuse other users or members of the NoboNG team
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the platform
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

Breaches of this policy may result in warnings, removal of listings, cancellation of orders, suspension or termination of accounts, or any other action NoboNG considers appropriate in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

NoboNG operates a managed cross-border marketplace that connects buyers, verified shoppers, and sellers. Certain services are provided by independent sellers, verified shoppers, payment providers, logistics partners, and other third-party service providers.

• While we take reasonable steps to maintain the security, availability, and reliability of our platform, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure services at all times
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NoboNG isn't liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform or services
• NoboNG isn't responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party service providers, including payment providers, logistics partners, identity verification providers, or other external services
• Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may be affected by circumstances outside NoboNG's reasonable control, including customs processing, transportation delays, or force majeure events

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

• NoboNG may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate an account where we reasonably believe a user has breached these Terms & Conditions, our policies, applicable laws, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activities
• Users may close their account at any time. However, any outstanding orders, payment obligations, disputes, or other legal responsibilities that arose before account closure will continue until they have been fully resolved
• Where required by law or to protect the integrity of the platform, NoboNG may retain certain account and transaction records in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements

Where appropriate, we may suspend or restrict access to an account while we investigate suspected breaches of these Terms or our marketplace policies. Suspension or termination of an account doesn't affect any legal rights or obligations that arose before the account was suspended or closed.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the NoboNG entity operating the services provided to you
• If you have a question, concern, or dispute, we encourage you to contact NoboNG Support first so we can work to resolve it promptly and fairly
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support process, it may be referred to the courts or other competent authorities with jurisdiction under applicable law
• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law

From time to time, NoboNG may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes, coupons, or other special offers. Any specific conditions for a promotion, including its validity period, eligibility, minimum spend, maximum discount, and any other applicable requirements, will be displayed alongside the promotion and form part of that offer.

• Promotions are valid only for the period and under the conditions specified
• Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes may only be used once per eligible customer and cannot be combined with other offers
• Promotions may be subject to eligibility requirements, minimum purchase values, maximum discount limits, or product exclusions
• NoboNG reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion where necessary, including where misuse, fraud, technical errors, or other circumstances affect the integrity of the promotion
• Promotions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless expressly stated otherwise

• We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or business operations
• Where we make material changes, we'll notify users through the NoboNG platform, by email, or through other appropriate communication channels before those changes take effect, where reasonably practicable
• By continuing to use NoboNG after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms & Conditions
